Hello and a warm welcome to
you from Mary's Mountain Cottages. We're located in
beautiful Townsend, Tennessee in the heart of the Great Smoky
Mountains. We have a wonderful mountain hollow just waiting for
you. We have prepared a comfortable and relaxing environment for
your enjoyment.
Townsend is on "The Peaceful Side of The
Smokies" pleasantly apart from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon
Forge and Gatlinburg--but not too far. We're ideally located
between the action-packed tourist areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
AND near the Townsend Entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National
Park. We're only a short walk from the Little River for those who
like to canoe, swim, raft, tube, or just want to take it easy on the
river.
In closing, we'd like to encourage you to visit or
call us to discuss your needs. Don't be fooled by our prices
(yes, we know others charge a lot more but we don't want you to
"sell the farm" just to come visit The Smokies.) Our
cottages are well-equipped and maintained and we live on-site to ensure
your enjoyment. You can rest assured that Ford and I will do all
we can to help you enjoy your visit to this beautiful area.

- All rates quoted in U.S. dollars.
Appropriate taxes will be applied.
- Sorry, no pets allowed inside cottages.
- Check-in: 2 PM - 10 PM (Eastern Time Zone).
Check-out: 9 AM (Eastern Time Zone)
- Minimum reservation is 4 nights during peak
seasons.
- Maximum 5 people per cottage including
visitors.
- Personal checks, traveler's checks, or cash
accepted.
- Sorry, NO credit cards.
- Deposit Requirement: A deposit in the
amount of one-half your total rental fee is required to reserve a
cottage. The balance plus tax is due on day of arrival or no
later than the day following arrival.
- Cancellations:
With 30-day notice - full refund of deposit.
Less than 30-day notice - no refund unless we receive a replacement
deposit.
- Open year 'round.
